Drew Jones (Shilo Country Club) had the low round of the day carding a 4-under par 66 and will carry a two stroke lead over Braxton Kuntz (Breezy Bend Country Club) entering Wednesday’s final round of the Nott Autocorp Men’s Amateur Championship.
Jones made five birdies, 12 pars and one bogey during his second round at Rossmere Country Club to sit at 6-under par 134 through 36 holes.
Kuntz shot his second straight 2-under par 68.
Lyle MacKenzie (Niakwa Country Club) is also in contention, only four strokes off the lead, after a 3-under par 67.
